Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Infinite Education! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By subscribing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of the Website
1.1. You must have parental/guardian consent to subscribe.
1.2. Your subscription grants access to the content for personal, noncommercial use only.
1.3. Sharing your account or login details is prohibited.
2. Subscriptions
2.1. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan) through Paystack.
2.2. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Continued access requires manual
renewal by making a new payment before the current access period expires.
2.3. If a user chooses not to renew their subscription, access to all course content
and tutor support will automatically expire at the end of the paid subscription period.                                                                    
2.4. If payment fails, access to content may be suspended until payment is resolved.
3. Content Access
3.1. Subscribers gain access to video lessons, worksheets, tests, and tutor support as per their subscription tier.
3.2. Access is limited to the selected grade (Grade 8 or 9) and language (English or Afrikaans).
3.3. We reserve the right to update or modify content as necessary.                                                                                                                                       
3.4. Content may not be copied, resold, or shared outside of personal use. Any unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
4. Tutor Support
4.1. Tutor support is available through WhatsApp from 17:30 to 21:00.
4.2. Questions outside this time will be addressed during the next available session.                                                                                                           
4.3. Tutor support is intended for guidance and clarification, not for completing assignments/homework on behalf of learners.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Payments are non-refundable once processed, including partial months of use.                                                                                                             
5.2. Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors on our part.
6. Prohibited Conduct
6.1. Users may not post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content on our platform.
6.2. Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.                                                                                                                   
6.3. Users may not use the platform for cheating in exams or misrepresenting academic work.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized account access, or other disruptions beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Users will be notified of significant changes.                                                                                                         
9. Privacy & Data Protection                                                                                                                                                                   
9.1. We process personal data in line with POPIA (South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act).
